Day 1: Arrival and Blue Lagoon
Arrive at Keflavik International Airport and pick up your rental car. Start your Icelandic adventure with a visit to the Blue Lagoon to soak in its famous blue waters, enriched with silica and sulfur. After rejuvenating, drive to Reykjavík and enjoy a free day exploring the city's vibrant culture and cuisine. Overnight in Reykjavík.

Day 2: Laugarbakki
Depart Reykjavík and head north along Road Nr 1. Stop at Hraunfossar Lava Falls and the historic site of Reykholt before reaching Laugarbakki, a perfect halfway mark between the capital and the north of Iceland. Overnight in Laugarbakki.

Day 3: Hvítserkur and Siglufjörður
Journey towards the majestic Hvítserkur Rock Formation on the Vatnsnes Peninsula. Enjoy potential seal sightings before continuing to the picturesque fishing village of Siglufjörður, nestled between mountains. Overnight in Siglufjörður.

Day 4: Akureyri and Mývatn
Travel to Akureyri, known as the 'Capital of the North.' Enjoy a stroll through its charming streets, then head to the Mývatn area, stopping at the powerful Goðafoss Waterfall along the way. Consider optional activities like beer baths or whale watching. Overnight in the Mývatn area.

Day 5: Lake Mývatn Exploration
Spend the day exploring the geological wonders around Lake Mývatn, including the pseudo craters, Námaskarð hot springs, and Dimmuborgir's lava formations. Climb Hverfjall Mountain for panoramic views and unwind at Mývatn Nature Baths. Overnight in the Mývatn area.

Head to the scenic Eastfjords, stopping optionally at Dettifoss, Europe's most powerful waterfall. Discover the region’s only forest and search for reindeer. Overnight in Egilsstaðir.

Travel to the south to visit the breathtaking Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon. Take an optional amphibian or zodiac boat tour among the icebergs. Visit Diamond Beach and explore nearby Skaftafell in Vatnajökull National Park. Overnight near the Glacier Lagoon.

Drive along Iceland's picturesque South Coast, famed for its waterfalls, glaciers, and black sand beaches. Visit iconic sites such as Reynisfjara Beach, Dyrhólaey,  Skógafoss, and Seljalandsfoss. Consider optional glacier hikes or kayaking. Overnight in the South West area.

Explore the Golden Circle, including Þingvellir National Park, Gullfoss Waterfall, and the geothermal area in Haukadalur, which contains the famous Geysir and Strokkur geysers. Engage in optional activities like snowmobiling or relaxing in the Secret Lagoon. Overnight in Reykjavík.
