One of my best’s childhood memories
I still remember the cool, crisp air of the Bavarian countryside, where lush green fields stretched as far as the eye could see, and the mountains provided a stunning backdrop. One summer, escaping the heat, my family and I ventured to a magical place that left an indelible mark on my childhood.

As a child, the sheer excitement of spending a week on a farm was exhilarating, but what made this place exceptional was the perfect blend of rustic charm and luxurious comfort.
We arrived at the hotel after a scenic drive, and I can still recall the feeling of awe as we pulled up to the picturesque farm. My brother and I would rush through breakfast, eager to start our day of adventures. The farm was teeming with animals: cows, goats, chickens, and even ponies. We spent hours feeding them, learning how to milk the cows, and even trying our hand at grooming the ponies. It was a hands-on experience that sparked a lifelong love for animals in both of us.
One of my fondest memories is of the pony rides. My brother, initially hesitant, soon found his confidence as he rode a gentle pony named Bella. Watching him laugh with joy, his face lit up with pure happiness, was one of those moments that stays with you forever.
Despite the farm’s many activities, it was also a place of relaxation and luxury. While my brother and I explored, my parents took the opportunity to unwind. The hotel spa offered a range of treatments that allowed them to relax completely. I remember my mother telling me how wonderful the massage was, her face glowing with contentment as she sipped herbal tea in the serene relaxation room.
Evenings were equally enchanting. We would gather for dinner, enjoying gourmet meals that highlighted local Bavarian cuisine, prepared with fresh ingredients from the farm and surrounding area. After dinner, the whole family would sit by the fire, sharing stories and planning the next day’s adventures.

The memories we created there—filled with discovery, laughter, and togetherness—are treasured moments that we often reminisce about.
